Monday Night Weekly Zoom Meditation and Sangha
Since the Covid lockdown began, over six years ago, I’ve been leading a 7pm-8:15 PM, EST, weekly Zoom meditation class and sangha, most Monday nights. Currently we are doing a series on Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, where you can learn the inner teachings of yoga.

Class Description: Prana, Breath & Mantra Meditation: A Weekly Sangha–Class and Community.
In the yogic tradition in which I was trained in India, prana (life force) is the evolutionary energy that supports healing, growth, and inner freedom. We often obstruct its natural flow through limiting habits, attachments, and conditioned patterns.
Through breathwork, mantra, meditation, and the teachings of Patanjali’s Eight-Limbed Path, we can awaken prana and gradually release suffering while cultivating greater clarity, vitality, and peace.
This journey has been central to my life and teaching, and I welcome all who feel called to explore it.
