New Series THURSDAY NIGHTS in June 2021!

Esoteric Yoga Sadhana Series: Tantra, Chakra, Mudra, Bandha & More

This series will be Four THURSDAY nights in June. This 4-part series will be $100 (and early bird price of $88 if paid by midnight Weds.,  6/2/21)

Note: for those in need,  there are two 1/2 scholarships available for this course (that’s $44 each if you pay by Weds 6/2 Midnight–or $50 if no one claims by then.)And one full scholarship available also for someone who can’t come otherwise. This series will focus on deepening our practice in our sadhana (practice time) and our lives. We will continue to explore not only the chakra teachings, but tantric practice as well with the aim to purify the samskaras associated with the chakras and nadis (subtle meridians) –thus more powerfully enabling the awakening life force to flow through them.

We will explore more fully the workings of prana (life-force) and chitta (consciousness); the practice of sankalpa (willful intentions); the tattvas (elements); chakra symbols & planetary associations, and more.  This is a class focused on experience, practice, and community support— rather than extensive philosophy.
