Meditation: Intimacy of the Chakras with Thomas

May 19, 2016 -7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

$15

Dear Students and Friends:

Welcome to our drop-in meditation class, this Tuesday night, 5/19, @7pm.

This is a yogic approach to meditation and is a rich, engaging evening where all are welcome. Each class begins with seated relaxation and breath, invocation, mantra, and meditation, followed by an experiential discussion/teaching topic.

This Month’s Topic:

The Intimacy of the Chakras

In this class we will engage practices to add a refreshing intimacy to our chakra meditation.

Navjeet is graciously offering her beautiful loft space in SoHo for our upcoming classes.
Address: 123 Baxter Street (between Canal and Hester – its North of Canal, East of Centre street)
Apt 4D,
New York, NY-10013.

This is a doorman building so you will need to announce yourself and sign in upon arrival. The trains that are very close are the N, Q, R, and 6. Subway station – Canal Street. (If you want to figure out an exact subway, bus, or taxi route: go to the hopstop app or website and enter in the info.)

I usually do these drop-ins once a month. You can give the $15 fee* at the end of class to Delia before or after class. I know this reminder is last minute: but if possible please email if you are coming,– it allows us to get the right number of chairs and pillows for set up, and makes it easy for me to communicate any class details, changes or updates. My current website doesn’t accept registrations; we are working on a new site.

(Also note that if you are using gmail, you will need to move my email to the “primary” tab, or you may not see it. Also note that, in general, AOL email will filter out messages sent via Mailchimp.)

Hope to see you there!

With Love,

Thomas
